Through real-life FMLA scenarios, this session will provide an in-depth overview of the FMLA, discussing employer and employee obligations, identify common misconceptions and implementation pitfalls when administering the FMLA, help you better understand and manage intermittent leaves, and provide tips on how to prevent employee abuse of FMLA leave.
